Tristone Capital Appoints New CFO

Tristone Capital, the independent Manchester-based investment company, has expanded its senior team with the recruitment of Phil Ledgard as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Phil, whose previous roles include senior positions at G4s plc, Staffline Group plc and VPS Group Ltd, is an experienced finance professional across the AIM plc, FTSE100 and Private Equity environments.

Specialising in high-growth, service sector businesses, Phil has extensive acquisition and integration experience and a track record of delivering strong cash generation and control, growing profitability, and driving strong commercial practices across multi-site and complex portfolios of businesses and sectors.

With a number of new acquisitions targeted for 2019, predominantly in the health and social care sectors, his extensive M&A experience will support both Tristone’s organic growth and its acquisition plan by implementing strong commercial practices across Tristone’s investment portfolio and help to ensure that the acquisitions deliver profitability and growth.
