Alison joins Juventas with a wealth of executive-level experience within the sector having previously been a Local Authority Manager and subsequently the Managing Director of a large children\’s care business operating 45 homes and 4 schools.
Throughout discussions, Alison’s values and care philosophy shone through and Juventas believes they are perfectly aligned to those of the company.
Furthermore, her experience scaling a company and her strategic and commercial know-how will be invaluable to Juventas as it embarks on the next stage of its development.
