Tristone Healthcare has featured in the E2E Job Creation 100 for 2024 – an exclusive list in collaboration with The Independent newspaper, which celebrates those companies that have had the highest absolute growth in jobs over the two most recent filing periods, with a percentage growth in staff above 25%.
Tristone features at number 68 in the annual list, after achieving a 195% growth in employee numbers during that period. The company, which now employs 605 people in the group, attended an E2E 100 Gala Reception at the end of last month (November). The event celebrated the 600 fastest-growing private companies in the UK across six industry tracks for 2024, including the most innovative tech companies, dynamic companies and those making the biggest splash overseas.
Yannis Loucopoulos, CEO of Tristone Healthcare, commented: “We’re immensely proud to be featured in this exclusive list of companies – businesses that are investing significantly in talent and skills, while demonstrating a strong and long-term commitment to job creation in the UK.
“As a community of businesses, we have consistently increased employee numbers year on year across the board, working collaboratively to not only address our own workforce needs, but also the deep rooted skills issues that exist within social care. Being featured in the E2E Job Creation 100 is testament to that hard work – work that continues in earnest as we look to extend our services and meet the needs of those vulnerable adults and young people who we care for.”
The E2E Job Creation 100 list pays homage to the vital role that these businesses have played in strengthening the UK economy, spanning various sectors and setting the example for other organisations to follow suit.
“This year’s E2E Job Creation 100 list honours the remarkable achievements of companies that are driving employment growth across the UK,” said Shalini Khemka CBE, founder of E2E. “These businesses are not only building their own futures but are also significantly contributing to the economic resilience and prosperity of the UK.”
